1. Who We Are

Date Squad is an online self-study course created by Mel Schilling, a relationship expert with over 30 years of experience. The course is designed to provide digital learning, expert insights and practical tools to help singles improve their dating lives.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and participate in Date Squad. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

3. Course Access & Payment

• Date Squad is a one-off payment of £97.

• Once payment is processed securely via our platform partner (Kajabi), you will receive login details to access the course.

• You will have lifetime access to all course materials, including videos, worksheets and resources.

• This is a self-study course. There is no live coaching, community group or ongoing membership included.

4. Refund Policy

All payments for Date Squad are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts or perceived lack of results.

• Outcomes vary depending on personal effort, engagement and readiness to apply the content.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, worksheets and frameworks such as Strategic Dating™ and The Healthy Dating Pyramid™, are the intellectual property of Mel Schilling and Head Over Heels Ltd. You may not copy, distribute or reproduce any materials without written permission.

6. Disclaimer

While Mel Schilling is a qualified psychologist and coach, the Date Squad course is for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice. Results are not guaranteed and may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

Date Squad and Head Over Heels Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the course, including but not limited to loss of opportunities, relationships or emotional distress.

We collect and store personal data including names, email addresses and payment details for the purposes of course delivery. 9. Modifications to Terms
