 1. Who We Are

Date Squad is a global community that provides digital learning, expert guidance, and support for singles looking to improve their dating lives. The programme is led by Mel Schilling, a relationship expert with over 30 years of experience.

We offer:

  • An online membership site with structured video modules

  • A moderated community and live-stream Q&A sessions

  • In-person events within the UK

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering with Date Squad, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

 

  1. Membership and Billing
  • Subscription Plan: ÂŁ95/month for a minimum of 6 months. After the 6-month period, the membership becomes a rolling monthly contract, if you choose to stay part of the community.

  • Post-6-Month Option: You may opt to remain in the community for ÂŁ45/month. If you choose not to continue, you will lose access to the online community area.

  • Payment: Payments are processed securely via our platform partner, Kajabi. You must ensure your payment information is up to date.

  • Cancellations: Members may cancel after the initial 6-month term by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing date.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused content, or missed events. In extenuating circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other members or staff

  • Use the platform for commercial, promotional, or illegal activities

  • Post or share offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to remove any user who violates our community guidelines without refund.

 

  1. Community and Content Use
  • All materials, including videos, PDFs, event content, and challenges, are for personal use only.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content outside of Date Squad without our explicit written permission.

  • Access to community chat groups and live events is reserved for active members only.

  1. Privacy and Data

We collect and store personal data including:

  • Names

  • Email addresses

  • Payment details

This information is securely managed through Kajabi, and we adhere to all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users within the EU/UK.

  1. Event Participation (In-Person)
  • Tickets to live events are subject to separate terms regarding availability, pricing, and cancellation.

  • All attendees are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any attendee from an event without refund if behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

  1. Disclaimer

While Mel Schilling is a qualified psychologist and coach, the content provided through Date Squad is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice.

Your results may vary. We do not guarantee romantic success.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

Date Squad will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our community or use of our content, including but not limited to loss of opportunities, relationships, or emotional distress.

 

  1. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Date Squad are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Membership fees

  • Event ticket purchases

  • Add-on services or upgrades

  • Any unused portion of your subscription period

By purchasing a membership or event ticket, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or perceived lack of results.

  • You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellation before any renewal date.

  • In the case of extenuating circumstances (e.g., serious illness or emergency), refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the Date Squad team.

We are confident in the quality and value of our content, but outcomes depend on your personal effort, engagement, and readiness to grow.
